Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Pixories Signal (“Signal”), including signal.pixories.com and the Instagram connection, provided by Pixories Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Pixories”, “we”, “us”). By using Signal you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Signal for a company, you confirm you can accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Beta

Signal is in beta. Features may change, pause or end as we improve the product, and we'll tell you before changes that affect your data.

3. Your accounts and the Instagram connection

• Connect only Instagram accounts and Facebook Pages you own or are authorized to manage.
• The connection is read-only. You choose what to share on Facebook and you can disconnect at any time from the Connect page.
• Your use of Instagram and Facebook remains subject to Meta's terms and policies.

4. Your content and data

You keep all rights to your videos, reels, captions, scripts, metrics and other content. You give Pixories a limited, non-exclusive license to process them only to provide Signal to you and, if you opt in, to use them in aggregated, de-identified form to improve Signal for everyone, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can withdraw that opt-in at any time.

5. Your clients stay yours

If you make videos for clients, we don't contact your clients, and we don't use your videos, reports or client names to sell anything. Pixories' video studio has no access to your Signal account or its data.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use Signal lawfully and to keep it working for everyone. That means you won't:

• connect accounts you aren't authorized to manage, or use Signal to collect other people's data;
• copy, scrape, resell or share access to Signal without our written permission;
• reverse engineer Signal, bypass its limits or security, or overload it;
• use Signal to break the law or Meta's terms.

7. What Signal's analysis is

Signal shows your numbers and gives recommendations based on your content and results. It's a tool to support your decisions: results depend on many factors outside Signal, and we don't guarantee views, reach, followers or sales. You remain responsible for the content you publish.

8. Fees

The beta is free. If you choose a paid plan in the future, we'll show its price and billing terms before you pay, and you'll only be charged after you agree.

9. Third-party services

Signal relies on services such as Meta (Instagram and Facebook) and Cloudflare. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and a change on their side may change what Signal can show.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using Signal at any time and delete your data as described on the Data deletion page. We may suspend access if you break these Terms or to protect Signal, its users or Meta's platform. When access ends, we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

Signal is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Pixories won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim related to Signal is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for Signal in the 12 months before the claim or US$100.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Pixories against claims arising from your content or from your breach of these Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. If you're a consumer, you keep any rights the mandatory laws of your country of residence give you.

15. Changes to these Terms

We'll post changes here with a new date. For material changes we'll give notice on the site before they apply; continuing to use Signal after that means you accept them.
