Delete your data

You can delete everything Pixories Signal stores about your Instagram connection at any time, in any of these three ways.

1. On Signal, right away. Go to signal.pixories.com/connect and click Disconnect, then Disconnect and delete my data. Signal deletes your access token, the list of Pages and accounts you shared, and any copy of your Instagram data on its servers immediately. If you turned on the beta report, the copies on Signal's computer are deleted within 7 days.
2. On Facebook. Go to Settings & privacy › Settings › Business integrations, select Pixories Signal and choose Remove. Facebook notifies Signal and we delete your data automatically. If you send a deletion request through Facebook, you'll get a confirmation code you can check below.
3. By email. Write to hello@pixories.com with the subject “Delete my Signal data” and your Instagram username. We delete your data within 30 days, usually within 2 business days, and confirm by email.

To remove your email from the beta list, write to hello@pixories.com.
